"This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "

"First impressions of the property was that it was lovely and warm, well appointed, nice decor and very comfortable beds. Due to horrific traffic we arrived considerably later than hoped, Chris and Freya were very accommodating. The kitchen was perfect for self catering, the log burner a treat and loads of hot water, perfect for a soak in the bath after a long days walking in the moor. I cannot fault any aspect of our stay.
