"We loved our stay at the Hakuba Marriott! It had a great gym, the in room onsen was perfect after a day on the slopes and the staff were so friendly. It was walkable to the main drag and provides a shuttle to the ski resorts right out front. It was nice to come back and enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner. We cannot wait to stay here again!"

"We went on a trip to see the snow for the first time The chalet was very spacious and have plenty of room it can accommodate 6 or 8 people with ease There was nothing around but the hotel car take us wherever we want It is very intimate"

The location being right next to the bus stop makes it one of the best locations in Hakuba. This is top choice accomodation if you want to snowboard in Hakuba."

"This hotel is a giant log house, situated in a beautiful street of similar buildings. Nothing beats waking up to fresh snow falling outside your window (massive glass windows) and sipping on a hot cup of tea. The room was very cosy and comfortable! I had the best sleeps here. After a hard day of snow boarding, coming back to just sit in front of the fire, watch the snow fall, have a bath or have drinks with friends in the common area was absolutely amazing!! Wish I never had to leave! 10/10!!!! "

"食事の時も犬と一緒にいられて、車や部屋に閉じ込めておかなくて良いのがありがたかったです。立地も、白馬五竜スキー場までスキーやボードを持って歩いて行ける距離で便利でした。ごはんも朝晩お願いしましたが、信州牛のステーキや野沢菜、ワインがとても美味しかったです。朝もしっかり食べさせていただきました。建物は古いと思いますが、お掃除をきちんとされていて清潔感があり、とても良かったです。お世話になりありがとうございました。"
