"Dining was way too expensive. Dinner cost $45 per person in the basement with no ambiance. Food was OK, but certainly not fine dining. Sheets on bed we slept in barely covered the bed, meaning one of us had to use the extra blanket. In the room we were in #4 we never had hot water. Showers were lukewarm. "

There breakfast is limited to a range of 4 to 5 options with no option of any fresh fruits or cereal available at all. Which was a bit of a bummer. "Large and very pleasant room. The design of the lobby and common spaces is beautiful. However somewhat let down by inconsistent service (every day something different was missing from the room), treatment cancelled at last minute at the spa and a disappointing breakfast for the price (limited fruit choice & the cook didn’t know how to cook an omelette!). The outside space is also disappointing. The hotel is built over a shopping centre and the outside space is not very pleasant."
