"Poor management. People keep banging the doors at mid night for no reason. They mentioned breakfast is included but they charge extra for it. Early check in or late checkout by even 1 min will cost extra money which i have never seen at any other properties "

"the reception didn't agree with expedia booking, although room was booked for 2 adults with the confirmation email, they charged 300rs extra for 2 people, they charged extra for breakfast although expedia mentioned its free. very bad experience. "

"Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused. Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry. It’s a scam hotel . "

Let me list all the problems one by one: 1) No breakfast even though mentioned in booking 2) Dogged refusal to clean rooms despite mentioning 3) Phone not working and had to come down every time 4) Loud noise of carpenter on floor disturbed sleep despite complaining 5) They said they clean rooms only once a person checks out. Not in between stay. 6) There were cockroaches and ants...

"We couldn't stay at the property as it doesn't have a lift and we had to climb up 7 floors and when we checked in there were coakroachs and bedbugs on the bed. We couldn't be there for a single minute and we left. Please refund the amount back."
