"Layout of the room was well-thought-out."

"From the moment we entered the cozy and inviting lobby, we knew we booked the right place. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. We had made it just in time for their complimentary social hour, which offered white and red wine plus a gin cocktail. After getting our drink, we cozied up in front of the fireplace. We did this each night of our stay and because of the lobby's layout, we met and engaged with other travelers. This was an added bonus because we met people from England and all across the US. The room was spacious with views of the city and blackout shades for sleeping. The location is a solid 10 because it is in the heart of the city with countless things to do. This will be our go-to hotel anytime we are in Philly. "

"My husband and I took a night to go to the city and relax after Christmas. It was nice, cozy and quiet! We had dinner right inside the hotel at Ruth's Chris which i highly recommend. The only issue we had was the valet parking when checking out. There was a really long line of people waiting for their cars and only one person getting them for the guests. "
