Our 2 level LOFT style 1-Bedroom unit has a Brand New 50" Smart TV . New King Bed (RARE FIND) in Upstairs Master Bedroom along with ROLLAWAY SLEEPER. No carpet in unit. New Luxury Vinyl Plank in upstairs Bedroom. New Roku Smart TV upstairs.
Downstairs has New pull out Queen sleeper sofa and living room glider chair.
2 Bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. NEW A/C UNIT . Be sure to check TOTAL costs if comparing (not just per night rate), we cost less because we don't charge and/or pay Management Company fees. We manage and CLEAN our Condos for quality assurance.

Relaxing and perfect location
We had a wonderful stay at the sugar beach condo. The location was absolutely perfect with direct beach access. Tom and Cathy were wonderful and the condo staff were super nice as well! We will be back to visit again. :)

Loved it. Has restrooms right off the beach so you don’t have to go all the way back up to the condo. Nice snack bar. Loved the pools. Very clean condo. We would certainly stay here again.

Mother and daughter vacation
Vacation was changed at the last minute and we booked this condo. We had a wonderful time at the beach in the pools and hanging out in the condo. Everything was just perfect. Hope to come back next year with some friends and family.

My husband and I stayed in the condo in Sugar Beach, and our daughters’s families rented nearby. It all worked well because we spent time at all three locations to enjoy different aspects of each. They did a day with us and enjoyed having the beach, the pools, and the Sugar Shack for themselves and their children.

We had a wonderful trip, the room was perfect for us. Plenty of room for the two of us. I really liked there were 2 bathrooms in this one bedroom condo. Made things easier for two ladies and all our stuff. Haha. We will be back next year. Pools (4) were awesome.

The property was in a great location. It's within walking distance to the Back Country Trail and Lartigue's Seafood Market. We loved the easy beach access and enjoyed the drinks from the snack shop. The tennis court was great for playing pickle ball.

Nice stay!
Really enjoyes the apartment. only problem was the closest elevator was not working and it is a loooong walk to the other one. Pools were nice and got a lot of use since the weather was windy and there was was high surf. Would recommend.

Excellent Value and Great Location
The building where the condo is located is exactly as advertised: right on the beach. 2 pools and one kiddie pool and just steps beyond to some of the whitest, sandiest beach you'll find. The property was just the right size for our family. We don't need to pay for space we won't use. And Tom couldn't be more helpful or accommodating. He was responsive and worked with you to ensure you had everything you needed. Highly recommend!
