A desk workspace in the living room is perfect for anyone who needs to finish up remote work before heading to the beach. Everyone's swimsuits can go through the private washer/dryer and be ready in time to head out. The main bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom with double sinks and a stone standalone shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared neighborhood pool during their stay - the fun just doesn't stop!

This was a nice condo in a quiet and safe neighborhood. However I was disappointed in the condition of the unit. The walls were dirty and need to be painted. The bedding cover was ripped and stained. The ottoman was stained and dirty and the sofa was very uncomfortable. I would recommend this place for the location and neighborhood but not for the cleanliness.

It’s was our first time in Alabama it was beautiful and we liked the condo we was in very nice and clean I will be coming back The only thing I did not like was you always had to wear socks not your feet would be black after you got out the shower.

Nice condo
Enjoyed our stay. Was conveniently located and equipped with new appliances. Had a small yard for pets . Only one thing was wrong and that was the sofa sleeper. It is very uncomfortable to sleep on. A single or bunk bed would be better. Also more hand towels and dish towels would be nice. Overall we had a nice visit!

This is a very nice place and we really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was the 3rd bedroom pull out couch. It was very uncomfortable and it didn’t have proper bedding. The only extra blanket we found in bedroom #2 closet and it smelled like wet dog. We ended up buying a blowup mattress and bedding for my 80yr old mom. You will need to provide your own coffee filters for the coffee maker and of course the coffee as well. Other than that, this place was perfect and we’d definitely recommend it. It’s very private and quiet.

The property is cute with good decor. However, there were so many large piles of dog poop my husband had to pick up in the itty bitty back yard. It filled a grocery bag. Then, after arriving Friday night we felt it was warm. Through the night we realized the air wasn’t working as we slept at 76 degrees and it would not kick on no matter what we changed it to. Saturday evening they sent out an HVAC technician who repaired it which was nice. However, I asked for them to compensate some kind of a credit for 24 hours with no AC. I was told someone would get back with me. I have emailed several times over the last week with no response.

Nice, private home!
The master king bed was comfortable. Loved being able to bring our Yorkie and the fenced back yard. TV was good in main area. Appliances were nice. Nice washer & dryer.

Great little home away from home!
The neighbor was great- almost always quiet. Home was very nice and cozy! Loved the pool access and fenced in yard. Very pet friendly, so bring your fur babies! They deserve a vacation too!

We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. The house was clean and neighborhood was quiet. We only had one issue with the front door lock but it was resolved quickly. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room sofa. We would stay here again.

Great vacation home!
We really enjoyed our stay at Cotton Creek #1102. The house was beautiful and very inviting. We even had a Vacasa representative stop by to check on us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! I was SO impressed. Many years of vacationing, and we have NEVER had this happen. So kind. I gave the house 4 stars ONLY because I would have liked more specifics on the location of the pool, and the mattress on the king bed was not very comfortable. Personally, I feel an upgrade to a better mattress for this room is MUCH needed and would make the home perfect for any vacationer. Overall, we had a great time and will DEFINITELY consider booking with Vacasa again. Thanks for an awesome experience!!

Such a nice apartment!
We booked this with my in-laws because it was dog friendly and they travel with their Dogs. This apartment is so nice! It was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay here and it has a cute little fenced in back yard that was perfect for the dogs. The property manager is super nice and helpful as well. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

Home is very nice but the lack of cleanliness and poor repairs done really detract from the quality of this house. The beds were SO uncomfortable, the pull out couch had dirty pink sheets with stains on them (obviously not checked when the house was "cleaned") there were ants in the bed in the room closest to the doors, the toilet cleaning brushes were filthy and rusted, the walls had visible paint removed and chipped, the home is in desperate need of new furniture, couch uncomfortable. The only comfortable chair was the plastic chair on the patio.

Perfect!! Close to everything!!
Family getaway with our youngest son and his family which included our 2 year old grandson. It was his first trip to the beach. The house was close to everything so making several trips so he could nap was perfect!!! Plenty of room and the pups loved the back yard!! We will definitely be back!!!
