We had a great stay with the perfect accommodations. It is a beautiful condo with easy access to the beach, pool, fun attractions, restaurants, and groceries/gas. The host was wonderful and able to help as needed. Would highly recommend this listing for a Golf Shores vacation.

The unit was nice and clean with comfortable beds and furnishings. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and souvenir shops. It was a short walk to the beach and there was paid beach parking very close by as well. We all definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend booking.

My husband, five kids, and I stayed here for spring break. The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious for us. The location is walking distance to the beach, and close by stores and restaurants. During our stay it didnt seem like there was other tenats there, so the pool was always available and i enjoyed the quietness. Also the property manager was very responsive and helpful when it came to checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Location
Property is as described in the listing. Laundry was very convenient for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 7, 9, 11). Loved walking to the lagoon for fishing/exploring as well as the Gulf of course! Many great restaurants around. Only 14 units or so at the bldg, so not too many people at the pool typically. We caught catfish, crab, and even a stingray! Beds were very comfy.

The location to everything was perfect. The block to the beach was perfect. The access to the wagon and chairs and toys and stuff for the beach. It was a great addition. Pool was very clean. Very quiet location check in and out process was super easy. Thankful for an early check-in, my only recommendations would be to change out your living room furniture. The couch was very hard and uncomfortable and kind of scratchy and the chair Was very uncomfortable as well.

Besides being a bit expensive and having to pay a cleaning fee for poor quality cleaning everything else was good. The bedding was not clean on the 2nd bedrooms bed so we immediately had to wash. There was hair from previous guests. Feels like if we’re paying that much for a cleaning fee it should actually be clean. All the interactions with the owner or manager was nice.

We had a few bumps, none of which were anyone’s fault but the host & the evolve management team gave us all the perks & made everything better! Great company & would totally use them again. The actual condo was fine. The building was a little dated but overall a great weekend getaway place! Would stay again!

This was our first time vacationing in Gulf Shores. We researched for quite awhile to find a nice, reasonably priced condo that was also close to the beach. This place did not disappoint. Close to everything and a couple minute walk to the beach. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location !
We absolutely loved this condo and the location ! Pool was never packed and it is just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Perfect family vacation. There was only a couple things about the condo that were not great. The couch fabric is scratchy we had to cover it with blankets to sit on it and every time we used the oven and opened after our food was finished the fire alarm would go off. Nothing that would keep us from returning because it was truly a wonderful experience and easy check in.

Such a nice place!
Just like the pictures! Everything was so nice & clean! We loved staying for 8 days here! Felt just like home! Had plenty of beach things too I didn’t even realize like umbrella, wagon, toys, boards, chairs!!! That was super nice! So much games for the kids too! Beds were nice and comfy! Will definitely look to book again when we vacation to gulf shores next

AWESOME CONDO AND LOCATION!
Alabama Sands Condo #11 was just as advertised. The condo was very clean and spacious. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. We had no issues with the condo, and no issues with communication with the owner. The condo was one of the best we've stayed in since visiting Gulf Shores on several occasions. The location was great. We were close to everything, and the beach was just a short walk across the street. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay two more nights. We certainly plan to stay again, and would highly recommend this unit!

Great Location
This was our first ever beach vacation & I'm so glad I booked this property. It accommodated 7 of us perfectly. I loved we had a kitchen & a washer & dryer. Your one street from the beach. Easy to walk to plus there is a outside pool right there at the condo. Your a perfect distance away from shops & restaurants. I would definitely book this location again coming back to Gulf Shores. We had a mishap with the pool lock & our host got right on it as she sent a text the day we were to arrive. I highly recommend this spot!
