"We love to stay at this small hotel whenever we are in Sidney. They have great staff, it's not super busy, a really nice breakfast and it's within walking distance of the pier and great shopping and dining. The airport and Ferry are close by as is Butchart Gardens. "

"The stay was great but was surprised by the extra $40 charge per night for the two people that stayed with us in our 2nd room of a "two bedroom cabin " we already paid more money to be in that accommodate for a total of 4 people, I could understand if we had extra people in a 1 bedroom using the pull out or cots but this cabin is set up for two couples and the price reflected that already."

"Atmosphere. Love the cozy cabin feel with the fire place. Good selection of wood as well. What I didn’t like was I found dirty Kleenex under the bed. Also there is carpet in the cabin which I felt was dirty. "

"Jen is a fantastic host in an exceptional location in James Bay. Fischer house is beautiful and Jen is a fantastic cook and very helpful with travel tips up the island. Without question we will stay at Fisher House again."
