"Amazing hotel with my 8 and 12 yr old. Awesome shows every night restaurants with huge variety pool had something for everyone, main pool great entertainment, calm ocean, beach volleyball and bikes to ride through property. Staff great! . "

"We came for 4 days and already plan to come back. Beautiful resort with fabulous service, amazing food options and gorgeous beach and pools. Be sure to book your dinner reservations (you can book the day before), and try the sushi restaurant! Our only concern was the very loud music from the lobby bar until 11pm, which may not be ideal to travel with kids. "

"The hotel feels outdated with old, dingy rooms. Our shower clogged constantly, and the water took hours to drain. Dining options are limited, with three restaurants requiring reservations every time. The worst part was being tricked into a time-share presentation. Staff promised a 2-for-1 massage for my sister's birthday if we had breakfast at their sister hotel, but we ended up being forced into a 90-minute presentation. "This was a last minute trip and truly an excellent vacation. I took my 2 boys (16 & 9 yrs) and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent; the grounds, pool, hot tubs, beach, activities were fantastic. The personnel were courteous, helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
