"I felt compelled to write a review due to the conflicting emotions. The service from the staff - the ayi maid and the waiter/concierge - was absolutely first class. The room was very comfortable and had a superb view. The food was also pretty good, just don't expect much from a bacon breakfast. However! The noise! "Moon Villa provided quite possibly the best customer service that I've ever had from a hotel in recent memory! They catered to our every need and offered excellent care from before arrival through departure. The resort is perfectly situated in the scenic part of Yangshou and just a few km from downtown (which is easily accessible by bike or free shuttle van. The rooms are new, modern, comfortable, and spacious. We are excited to go back Moon Villa and can't recommend it enough!"
