Retro style pet friendly beachhouse ~ only 100 metres from the Guilderton dog beach, with modern appliance and hotel standard linen. Enjoy being surrounded by Eucalyptus trees on the large secure deck with views and visiting birdlife. Flocks of Galahs will entertain your after a swim at the beach only a 100 metres walk from the Treehouse.

Several outdoor sitting areas including a hammock to enjoy WA climate. Outdoor shower and sprinkler system for warm days.

Centrally located, park your car and walk everywhere! The Guilderton Dog Beach is 100 metres away - Moore River Estuary, with fantastic sunsets - the Guilderton Country Club with 9 hole Golf Course which welcomes non members and tennis courts -the Guilderton Lighthouse with amazing views of the Indian Ocean and West Australian sand dunes.

This centrally located property is ideal for couples looking to get away from it all, 2 couples sharing or 2 adults and 2 children. A sea change and a tree change all in one. This property is surrounded by mature Eucalyptus trees which invite the local Galah to entertain you.

Cosy lounge with wood fire (firewood provided 01 May - 15 September annually) for cool winter evenings, digital and satellite TV, Bluetooth Dock, DVD, and CD player with a few tunes to relax too.

This fully self contained two bedroom beachhouse with modern appliances, is centrally located and suitable for a relaxing getaway in both winter and summer.

Idyllic Weekend away
Tree house stay was great fun & we all loved the birds. The massive pale sandy beach is a very short walk away & the river estuary & village a little further. While we were there it was very hot and there had been an algae bloom in the river so we spent most of the time on the empty beach. Idyllic

We pretty much spent the entire four days around the table on the deck. Enjoying the birds, origami, drawing, reading and talking about nothing and everything. There were walks on the beach and early nights in the super comfy beds. We can’t wait to come back.
