"We stayed in the chateau area of the hotel. Absolutely loved having the little area to ourselves and being able to walk down to the river. All the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived early but the girl at the front desk was very nice and let us check in early because our room happened to be ready. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and had a great waiter and amazing food. The only negative I could say about the property was the construction. We stayed on a weekend so there was no construction happening and it didn't bother us at all but I'm just putting it out there for anyone that reads this review that there is construction happening at the hotel."

"The lodge was fine for a one night stay while traveling. The room was clean and adequate. The bed was comfortable. We did not use the pool. Parking was in front of the room which made unloading easy."
