"The hotel was beautiful, very clean and great eco friendly bathroom products. Hand soap/ shower gel was very high quality, similar to L'Occitane products. Staff were amazing, so helpful and gave us great info for traditional restaurants and places to visit. We had a fun, full packed three day's, and really enjoyed drinks on an evening on the roof terrace. Can’t rate this hotel and staff high enough. Thank you for our wonderful city break. "

"We have just returned from an 8-night stay at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing. We arrived late in the evening, just 15 min before the restaurant was about to close. The lady at the reception (Rachel) was very polite, professional and helpful. She informed us that we could still go and have our dinner in the restaurant which was very much appreciated after a whole day travelling. "On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. "We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that.
