"We were delayed due to weather, and instead of being charged a fee, they went out of their way to work with us. They upgraded our room to a casita, and changed the dates for us. After what we had just gone through with being stranded in a storm for 2 days, it was a relief to arrive to such a beautiful place. They even had the fireplace lit, and the heat on for us! These Innkeepers are very helpful and friendly. The property is nice, and the rooms are decorated with taste. I usually don’t take the time to review a place, unless it is really nice. We will stay here again, anytime we return to Taos. "
