Great hotel if you have rented a car

Stayed for a night. Really nice heated pool. Main benefit that I was looking for was parking which was available for free on the grounds of the hotel which was great. I would have given 5 starts but the WiFi was really bad

It was ok overall but there was no hot water 2 different days and my key card kept failing and i had to go to the front desk 3 separte times to get it reset. The cleanness and noise levels werw excellent. Woukd come here again if they fix their problems.

Great spot as home base for sight seeing. The neighborhood directly around the hotel is safe but a little run down. However, a few miles in one direction is the historic district and the in the other is a vibrant area of cafes and restaurants. It requires walking or uber but this hotel was perfect for us as first time Guadalajara tourists.

Nice hotel in a decent area. Its not an amazing property but comfortable. Rooms are small but clean and modern. We had some serious water pressure issues in shower and sink where water barely dribbled. Staff were very nice, decent restaurant and walking distance to restaurants, the University, groceries, etc... Good Location :)

The hotel is nothing like it appears to be in the photos. It’s old, it looks more like a motel, the location is inconvenient, not a walkable neighborhood, and the price does not match the value. The staff is kind and helpful, (although they charge extra for coffee), but the place is really disappointing. My room’s view was a dump, with rubble piled up, and a parking lot. It’s noisy when cars come in. The room was clean but a smell was lingering and didn’t go away. The decoration and the lights are depressing. The restaurant has very good prices and the servings are abundant. So it’s not all bad, but it’s not what I was expecting.

Reception staff unfriendly , receptionist lie to me telling me the mini split head in the room was only ac when requested to fixed since I am a hvac contractor here in us you can imagine how disappointed was that poor maintenance in general restaurant food below average The only positive service staff in the restaurant thumbs up hotel has potential but poor management I believe it’s the problem since the manager is not friendly acts like he is giving you a favor so what can you expect from the rest of the reception staff
