On 94 m² in Ausseer style, our beautiful house offers everything for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a 160 cm double bed and a bunk bed. The sauna and bathroom are on the upper floor. On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area in the Aussee veranda, a living room with pull-out sofa, an additional WC and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The location couldn't be better: Our holiday village offers numerous amenities such as a village shop with local produce, a cosy restaurant and a variety of leisure activities. In winter there is a T-bar lift, a children's lift and a toboggan run. In summer, hiking and cycling trails await you directly behind the resort. Additional entertainment is provided by sports equipment hire, a wood and creative workshop for the whole family and an indoor leisure centre with an ice rink and curling in winter. Yoga courses for adults, a swimming pond, tennis courts, a children's playground, archery and a riding centre provide unforgettable experiences. The Loser Drag Lift ski area is just 12 km away, and the beautiful Grundlsee lake is just a 10-minute walk away. The popular Tauplitz ski area can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Please note that some of the above offers can be booked on site for a fee. But whether you want to relax or experience adventure - you've come to the right place.
