"I particularly liked the lounge on the 24th floor, I would argue that it is very much worth it to book a room that includes access. The room we had booked was spacious and had a great view over Brussels. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved the layout of the room. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved.
