"It was amazing! The people at the front desk were so friendly! They provided us with food / destination recommendations and we loved them all. I will say though, the area in the opposite direction of the station seemed to be a little off the beaten path (if you know what I mean). And as people who didn’t know the language, this was kind of dangerous as in my brothers necklace was almost stolen. BUT I loved the hotel and will definitely be staying here again."

"Room is clean and tidy. Its noisey as room was on ground floor next to construction site along the road. Can hear people talking clearly. Sound proofing is bad. Request for room change is denied. Very disappointed. "

"It is super close to great shopping areas right in the heart of old town Brussels, and also close to one of the best restaurants (La Mort Subite). The rooms have A/C (it was super hot while I was there this summer) and the staff is really friendly and helpful. There's also self check-in and check-out if you prefer to DIY your hotel experience. All in all, I enjoyed the room, the location, the staff, and the cleanliness. Also, the quietness for how close it was to everything. "
