Beautiful home on a 10-acre fenced lot. Spacious front porch with two bench swings, plenty of seating and tables for an outdoor breakfast.

Home has a second-floor loft and fully equipped kitchen. There are two picnic grills on the property as well .

Property has a fire pit by the barn and several benches under the shade of large trees.

Perfect for a private getaway as the property is fenced & surrounded forest. This is a shared property.

Good family location
Property is clean and large/ goodfor families. Communication with host was poor and we did not realize we needed a code to get in the gate and it was not mentioned. We stood in the freezing cold for a long time trying to get in finally locate the host who gave us a code, but he gave us the wrong code and we also needed to enter the house. Communication with host was not very good. Property is large and clean.

Well the home smelled like a garbage sight the moment we got there and turned out there was 10 bags of old trash left in the garage. When we got into the home not one bedroom was clean meaning still had sheets and blankets from the previous stay, beds were not even made. Then we had no internet for the whole stay so no tv and due to the area we barely had service on our phones. At first when Nathan the host was called he seemed understanding and stated he would return the cleaning deposit but that was $25 but due to the home and no internet being down which Nathan was reached out a few more time and he stated they would have it fixed by nights end on the day we arrived. As of today I still have not heard back from Nathan. His integrity is not of good quality and this home and stay would have been amazing had we had a good host and not arrived to find it in shambles. Unfortunately Nathan and a not made for hosting. Sadly I would never recommend any home Nathan is a host for due to his lack of attentiveness, people do not travel as far as we did to be treated and lied to.

Ruined family trip
We booked our stay about a month ago. I even had communicated with the owner via text concerning questions about our stay. Our entire family was heading to the property on a 3+ hour road trip. My daughter who is in college at ECU stopped by the property to open it up and bring in groceries. Much to our dismay she discovered another family was staying at the place. We were about 2 hours into our journey when we discovered that the property was double booked and my family had no place to stay. Unfortunately, the Greenville area had very little if any places to stay. The few places available in Greenville were hotels that had jacked up prices that were double or triple the normal rates and only smoking rooms were available. The nearest places we could find were 45 minutes to 1 hr away. My daughter, who was traveling with us with my grandkids and her husband had to turn around and head back home. I have never had this happen and I will make sure it never happens again. My entire family was disappointed. Frankly, I am very disappointed with the owner/management company because this should never have happened in the first place. Even though the property owner was somewhat helpful trying to help us find lodging, we were out time and money in wasted gas, groceries and money spent on more expensive lodging and restaurant bills that were entirely unexpected. And as of yet, I have not seen a refund of the money I shelled out for the place.
