We hosted Thanksgiving for our extended family and this home had every single thing we needed to make the day a success (including decorations). Anytime I need to stay in the area, I will look for this home!"

"We booked our stay and paid in full March 19 to check in May 16th at 5 o’clock. Was told by the property owner at 4 o’clock that they never got the reservation and that the property was under Repair. We were there for Chico State graduation, so every hotel was booked and the prices were through the roof. We also rented a facility a block away from the VRBO for the graduation party Saturday. What a complete disaster. Customer service was ridiculous. Still have not heard back or gotten a phone...

"It was a beautiful house & we enjoyed our stay. There unfortunately is not enough bowls and silverware necessary for the amount of people it lists it can house. The beds and bathrooms were great. We enjoyed using the fire pit & hot tub! "

"We had a couple of hiccups but the property manager got it taken care of fast. We were told fire place was gas but it was wood burning and the outside grill was a piece of junk and we weren’t able to do any grilling. It is a nice house and I would stay again. The staff were really nice."
