Come stay in this magnificent T3 of 80m² in the hypercentre of Grenoble, resolutely modern and bright.

In a building dating from 1930 and of good quality, refurbished at the end of 2019, on the 3rd floor out of 4 without elevator, you will have:
## 2 bedrooms opposite the apartment with 2 Queen Size beds
## A living room with 3 cocooning fireside chairs, a very intelligent Queen Size sofa with 15cm memory mattress, TV with fiber box, 1 Bluetooth speaker (jack, bluetooth, CD, radio).
## An adjoining dining room, open onto the living room and the kitchen, with an 8-seater dining table, a queen size sofa bed (160 * 200) identical living room for a total and comfortable capacity of 8 beds.

## A fully equipped kitchen
- Oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer ...
- Nespresso Coffee Machine
- all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes

This apartment is completely autonomous in terms of arrival and departure thanks to a digital code at the bottom of the building then a secure key box on the apartment door.
This allows you to arrive at the time you want without worrying if I will be available or not. If I am, I would come to welcome you and present the apartment to you with great pleasure. If I can't, I'll give you a phone call when you arrive.

The advantage of this apartment is unequivocal its location in the heart of Grenoble, in a quiet street. You can fully enjoy and visit the "real Grenoble" at the foot of your apartment. Access to all shops, the daily market of Halles Saintes Claires (classified site), cultural sites, heritage sites, public transport (Tram A and B at the foot of the building 3 or 4 stops from Grenoble train station , business school, scientific polygon), covered and uncovered paid parking lot near the building.
In short, there is hardly a better location for exploring the city.

But it is also a good location for a business trip due to its hyper proximity to public transport, and the small restaurants and bar of the hyper center for afterworks.

A cinema is also 25 meters from the building and there is a cafe, tobacco shop and restaurant close to the building.

TRANSPORT
- Tram A and B at 20 meters which can thus serve all of Grenoble and its agglomeration.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location!
We stayed at this lovely apartment while visiting our son, who’s studying in Grenoble for a semester. The location is absolutely perfect for whatever you want to do - it is literally steps from the tram line! It’s also surrounded by many charming shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable and was perfect for coming back to after a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend!

We feel like we got our money’s worth. The apartment was comfortable and tastefully appointed, and was right in the heart of the old town close to our family and friends. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were good. Sebastien was kind enough to let us check in two hours early. We can definitely recommend this property.

A nice two bedroom apartment. It is fairly large and the bedrooms are private from each other. The best part is the location. There are bars and restaurants very close by and the tram is right there too. All in all a great place to get away to.

Spacious apartment in great location
The apartment is in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We were a 10 minute walk from the bubble cars and a 10 minute walk from my daughters dorm (residence internationale for University of Grenoble). It was perfect for a large group. We comfortably slept the six adults. There was a washing machine, huge drying rack, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, stove, oven, fully equipped kitchen. They were kind to leave some laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for us to use. When he heard we were arriving into town early in the day, he was so generous to let us check in early. We were a little confused about which building we were staying in, and he sent someone out right away to help us get checked in. We loved our stay and recommend it! Thank you!
