"Great value. Nice being so close to downtown with included on-site parking. Fun decor. Enjoyed exploring common areas (living area, kitchen, etc.). Some maintenance items need attention (light bulbs, etc). Lower level heater was challenged to keep up. Very meager “light breakfast” offering. Texts to “host” about things like Wi-Fi went unanswered."

"The Charleston Inn I’m Hendersonville NC is a gem! Our Host Alicia made our stay even more delightful. She upgraded our room to a king with no charge, what a gift! The Inn is conveniently located to all the shops and restaurants 5 minute walk, The house is old warm charm, all your needs are met, The bed was extremely comfortable room was very clean, A nice happy hour from 5-6 with beer, wine, seltzer and snacks perfect for a day of shopping, or exploring the area. Highly recommend this...

The inn was beautiful, our room couldn't have been more comfortable and the hospitality was amongst the best we've experienced anywhere! "My elderly parents had a convenient first floor bedroom period plenty of separate spaces for the multitude of couples that joined us and single beds for the single people worked out terrific. This outdoor seating in both front and back is also lovely for group a multitude of people.The neighborhood is beautiful for a walk as well. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond with answers to questions. Jonathan and Heather thank you very much once again!!"
