"The public parking garage beside the hotel is confusing. You check in and on floor 4 of the hotel which is level P6 of the garage. The signage in the garage needs to be improved to help first time visitors to the hotel. The elevator inside the parking garage was very dirty. We realize it’s not owned by the hotel, but it doesn’t give a great first impression. We loved the our room location which was next to the pool. "The place was very unique and welcoming. There were some maintenance things that needed addressing (broken toilet seat, curtain rod just fell from the wall, Keurig machine didn't work), and floor was pretty dirty (our socks told the story). Nevertheless, it was comfortable, great location downtown. We loved being able to get onto the swamp rabbit trail and bike to unity park. Felt pretty safe there with the personal code check in. We really appreciated the bfast items that were in the kitchen....
