"Very nice house, aweson lake views. Only issue was that we paid for cleaning, and walked in and found nothing cleaned, washed...there was sand everywhere. We cleaned it ourselves, did all the bedding, towels, dishes and washed the floor. The next day we thought we were being broken into, turned out ot was the cleaning lady, arriving at 2pm a day late. Not cool to charge for zero service. Really want my cleaning fee refunded. Im guessing just a scheduling mistake, but I hate it when other peoples problems become mine, especially when I paid for it.
