"This hostel is excellent. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean. Towels are provided. Your electric key card locks your large luggage locker. The breakfast is great fruit, bread, bagels,cakes and cereal. There also 24hrs tea & coffee available. Every where is walkable from here. The airport 202 bus stop is only one block away.Highlyrecommend."

"Place had awesome vibes. Pool was a nice oasis after sightseeing. Loved the common areas. Plenty of outdoor seating and great coffee. Also the area is great. Walking distance to great restaurants outside the tourist area and I even walked to city park. Def recommended"

"Very quiet neighborhood and very walkable. I walked to restaurants, cafes, galleries and a nail salon. Communication wasn't the best. One staff member would tell me one thing and then I would go to another staff member and they would tell me another thing. I was told there are no towels on the rooftop and to ask the front desk. I came down and asked the front desk (young black woman). She was unfriendly and lacked hospitality (also not responsive via the message system. Took her hours! to...

"One of the best hotel experiences in a while. Every single staff member we encountered was excellent from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurants to the bar (especially Jake and his sister). The location was great with just a short walk to Busch Stadium and right next to the Arch which we enjoyed the view from our room. Loved the scent in the lobby!!! The one thing I didn’t care for was the sheets, and the pillows could be upgraded a bit. While this hotel is older and the rooms are a bit “worn” the service we received from staff made up for it. Great job Hyatt! We’ll definitely stay here again."
