"My boyfriend and I spent one of our first trips together at this beautiful little cottage. Perfectly situated outside by a rolling creek, we enjoyed staying in, as well as exploring Colorado Springs. House was clean and had everything we needed. Food, activities and sightseeing are only 10-20 minutes away from the property. Hot tub was incredible and I truly couldn't have asked for a better VRBO! I hope we get to come back someday."

The place had everything you would need for a short stay, and we were so psyched to be able to cook our own food in the kitchen with all the utensils. I’ve already recommended this place to a friend who’s going to Colorado soon, and she’s excited too. This place was awesome, and I definitely plan on staying again. "

"This is a small and quaint property located within walking distance of downtown Manitou. It is the perfect getaway from "city living" with a minimalist feel to it. The bed was a little smaller and firmer than I'd like but all else was great!"

"Everything was great here, an older home, but beautiful. The house was huge and had many older elements that made it charming. The rooms were tastefully designed and all the cabinets were fully stocked. We had a family get together here and it was the perfect location for our little get together. On top of that there was a power outage (someone hit a transformer) and the host was on the phone within minutes helping me locate the flashlights and emergency candles. Definitely will rent again! "
