"We were in the area to visit with our daughter who attends ESU. We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Carmen. We were there for three nights. The house itself is rustic and very cute. The shower stall is very narrow and doesn’t leave room for movement. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the peacefulness of the heavily wooded area. We left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated."

There was much if any firewood, and we did not have enough time to pick up some in woods. "This place was exactly what we were looking for in a PA cabin. The beds are extremely comfortable, the cabin has every pot/pan/dish necessary to cook for your whole family. The wood burning stove and outdoor fire pits were completely stocked and set up for us. The property was perfect for all ages to relax and be outdoors. There was absolutely nothing else required to relax, just show up and listen to the creek and have a wonderful time. Can’t wait it to come back again in the spring!"
