"I went to the restaurant to get breakfast and I was the only one eating there at the time. My food came out cold in spots and semi-warm in other areas. Was not good being the only one there."

"The staff are fantastic and care about their guests’ experiences. I am recovering from knee surgery and needed a shower chair, which the hotel was able to provide for me. It was already set up in our room when we arrived. I appreciated this very much! The hotel is very clean and well kept. The spa is wonderful and so are the restaurants and bar attached to the hotel. Convenient for lots of shopping as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Very comfortable and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was okay, hot food was great but the breads and pastry was mediocre at best, milk was sour not rotating the inventory is the problem. I will return as the room and bed was very comfortable and staff very friendly but I will go elsewhere for breakfast. This is not the fault of the breakfast staff , the hotel manager needs to budget more for quality food amenities , I’m sure most customers wouldn’t mind paying a bit more on the...

"We were met with a light hearted, funny and professional front desk clerk by the name of Keyona. The room was clean and cozy. Great lobby and bar atmosphere.
