"Only stayed the 1 night. Staff amazing from reception, bar staff and the poor individual that had to change a bed at midnight after original sofa bed jammed. Really felt well looked after and hotel was really pleasant. "

"It was a brilliant stay the only criticism as I am a large person it it would benefit them to remove the glass shower screen as this makes using the toilet difficult. (Fyi the shower and toilet are a wet room so this is possible)"

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our first trip to London. It was an excellent place to stay. The convenience of the location to Paddington station was priceless and made getting around London and getting back to our hotel so easy.
