"Our go to hotel in Leeds. High quality, clean & well appointed with the perfect location. Add to that the most important feature…the staff. A team that treats you & each other like extended family. Shout out to the very pleasant young man who checked us in, tall, dark, plus Claudia, Nuna & Nicki who all made our visit extra special. Special shout out to the ever present Paul….present when not even in the building, who was instrumental in helping with my wife’s birthday celebrations. Thank you...

"We’ve stayed in this hotel a number of times over the years because the location is unbeatable. A short walk from the shopping area (Cabot circus) but in a lovely quiet yet central location just off Park Street. Loads of restaurants and bars close by and only a short walk from Cabot Tower and onwards to Clifton. Stunning building and beautifully decorated for Christmas! Carpark is convenient and secure underneath hotel at a decent price. We were able to check in early (very much appreciated!)...
