We were to arrive on a Saturday and due to an emergency needed to arrive a day earlier, to not get a penalty, Expedia called the hotel, talked to one of the amazing Managers and the Manger was willing to allow no penalty and last minute switch our reservation. Little things like this meant a lot and helped relief some stress especially during a difficult time. Loved the high quality experience...

"Other than the pool being outdoors, it was great. Restaurant ON SITE for dinner so we didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to eat and the food was great. They have games available for guests, a sitting area with puzzles, fitness center and even a little store area to purchase snack, beer, wine etc. Quick/easy check-in with complimentary cooks and extremely friendly staff.
