This Snowy Peaks Chalet is a resort style condo in Granby focused on bringing groups together through quality space, good conversation, and all Granby has to offer. There is more than enough room for everyone, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun and comfortable as possible.

The Space:

This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably. There are a total of 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and two twin bunks for a total of 7 beds.

Bedroom 1 - Luxurious and spacious with a king-sized bed and contemporary furnishing.

Bedroom 2 - Elegant and tranquil with a queen-sized bed, carefully curated accents, and soft lighting enhancing the modern aesthetic.

Bedroom 3 - Efficiently designed for a group stay, offering two double twin bunk beds.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This is a beautiful neighborhood located at the base of the Granby Ranch Ski Resort in Granby, CO with main access to Downtown Granby, Winter Park, and Grand Lake. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away and many local restaurants in the surrounding area!

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
