"It is large enough that small groups could gather in areas with large areas big enough for all of us to eat together or cook together. The kitchen is spacious with large refrigerators, a grill, a large stovetop and plenty of countertops. The kids loved the indoor pool in winter. "We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. One of my sisters said, "It was instantly like feeling at home and comfy". We all felt the same way. Josh was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We absolutely plan to come back! "Overall a great stay - had plenty of bedrooms, everything we needed for our stay, and was perfectly quirky. The place wasn't perfectly clean, but it was also tough for a place that big. Some of the light switches also didn't work, but those are minor quibbles, it was a great stay."

"This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!"

"We spend 2 nights over New Years in the Cabin. While the weather did not cooperate, the cabin and host really helped. The Cabin is perfectly equipped for a family with kids. Playroom with an abundance of toys, a great Livingroom and cozy kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were easy to work with and helpful. They were accommodating in anyway they could. We will be back! I highly recommend for a woods and Lake getaway. enjoy what NH has to offer. "
