"We needed a place for 6 people to stay for the first weekend of Clay County Fair. Condo is about 20 minutes away from the fairgrounds, however it's a quick, easy drive. Very nice!! Tip I learned, bring your own coffee bc there likely won't be any in the cupboards and early mornings require coffee. "

"Came down from the Twin Cities for our daughters 13th birthday and have been to this resort before but not the condos. The Condo was amazing and so spacious and right across from the water park and the restaurants. Owner was very responsive from start to finish. There were six of us in the condo and we had more than enough room. We would definitely stay there again."

"Unit was clean and plenty of space. The weather was rainy for our group but when we could use the deck it was great-plenty of seating and fire table was nice. Had everything we needed."

Our building was 2 buildings over. The host also gave us great suggestions for nearby things to do since it is December a lot of outdoor nearby attractions are seasonal and closed. But we kept busy with her suggestions of shops and nearby eating places. We plan to come back when the weather is...

"The condo itself was clean and well cared for. We had an issue initially with the internet, but she was quick to respond with where the router was and we got it rebooted. The building was under construction, which we didn't know about before arrival. Construction workers were banging around at 7 a.m., which wasn't great but not in the owner's control. Overall, great stay."
