"Great location in Summerstrand. Having the mall right beside us for beach and restaurant access was excellent. Enjoyed the pool both days but it really needed to be vacuumed on the second day. Breakfast area was lovely and the food was good but not great. "

" Our Location and the Condition of the House is Excellent we had a great Day for three Days and enjoyed everyday. Watching the Sea with Dolphins and Nice Sundowners. Michele , was very Friendly and we had great conversations with her. the breakfast was Delicious and She She served everyday something different. It is a Quiet Place to come down and Relax for Some Days. "

"Manor 38 is located in Summerstrand Port Elizabeth. "For the price paid for a “luxury” establishment extremely dissatisfied! NO AIRCON OR FAN 32degree days, oh its a new place was the response…huh😡 I booked into the wrong Paxton the actual hotel is R700 per night cheaper in a better area with AIRCON!!"
