"Beautiful home with stunning mountain views! The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a fun girls ski weekend. A cozy, beautiful fireplace (gas), lots of room to relax, convenient to Black Mountain, Jackson XC Center and Jackson Village. I would suggest bringing your own coffee maker as the house only had a Keurig. I always bring a coffee maker so we were covered. We will definitely be back next winter! Loved it! "

"We spent the week skiing in and around North Conway. This house was in a great spot - it was close to town and Cranmore, and only a short drive to other mountains. The hot tub was great after a long ski day. The kids were entertained by the arcade games and ping pong. The large heated garage was perfect to all the ski gear storage, Kitchen was well equipped for making easy meals (waffle iron was another hit with the kids). "It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience...

There are a few things that could use an upgrade in the home (just towels, bedding/pillows etc), but overall it was a cozy spot to reside for a 4 day ski trip, and it had everything we needed.
