"We stayed here based on the reviews I read on-line. It was called a hidden gem. We stayed one night while visiting the University of Alabama with our daughter. This hotel was perfect for what we needed and will stay here again should our daughter choose UA. The staff was the best part of the stay. Upon check in, a sign on the counter said to call for service. The woman who came to check us in (I wish I remembered her name), was upstairs cleaning rooms because someone had walked off the job, and she was doing double duty. Despite this, she was pleasant, professional and in a way better mood than I would have been. She is an amazing employee and should be commended."

"Close to the university in a great location for food or any shopping you might need to do. Very, very kind and helpful staff. We arrived very late and we were greeted with kindness and care as we gpt checked in so we could get the kids into bed. Comfortable and clean rooms, with a great breakfast and coffee station. "
