I liked that there were a variety of eateries, and entertainment spots. While trying to checkout at the self checkout, it promoted us to speak to the front desk. There was a long lineup and I stood to the side of the girl with the green hair and her trainee. She snapped at me telling me I was automatically checked out. Last impression of Harrahs was horrible.

I loved the stay at Venetian for its spaceous suite. However, I did not get extra blanket and towel that I asked which I waited for the whole night.
