"The Ritz Bacara is beautiful. Driving in to the courtyard and being greeted immediately. Valet, bell service and check-in were a breeze and set the tone for relaxation and ease. "I stayed in Goleta to visit family during the holiday season. My wife and i have stayed at the hotel a few times previously. This visit i stayed as a single. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were out of commission due to upgrades. Other family members are staying at the hotel during my stay. The room was satisfactory. The drainage in the shower was not good. The hotel was convenient. The breakfast cafe was excellent. "

"We rented this house in Goleta close to UCSB. This was move-in weekend for our freshman daughter. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub in the early morning with a cup of coffee. Beds were very comfortable. The house was 7 to 8 minutes to the college to drop our kiddo off. Stayed in town a few days to get her settled. Will definitely be back. "
