"We had a wonderful stay! This is a charming hotel right in downtown. All the staff was very nice, kind and very patient. We asked so many questions and were given many different options. We also left something behind. Less than 24 hours after sending an email about our item, the hotel called and let us know they found it and gave us multiple options to get it back.
