"I liked how they provided a laundry bag, sanitary bag, a shower cap, hair dryer etc. But I would love it if there were a proper kitchen in all rooms not just a kettle and a fridge."

"Great view of beach and Gold Coast high rise buildings from our room on level 29. Good staff service, comfy bed and great body lotion in the bathroom. The pool was nice and warm but some renovating going on outside. Very busy hotel and can wait 15 mins to get a lift down to breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Amazing can’t put into words how fantastic the resort is,customer service,very clean,all facilities and activities the kids loved it and restourant,food,drinks the fact me and hubby can sit down and relax while kids play is perfect. "Beautiful condo. Check in and out was easy. Towels and other toiletries were restocked every day. Having an insuite washer and dryer was convenient. Minutes away from main beach was handy. Overall a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay in surfers paradise!! "

"The biggest swimming pool 5 star hotel in the gold coast also the best bathroom with awesome shower and huge bathtub. Also the best ocean view and the pool from level 12. The only thing that I did not like the bed was not comfortable at all the double bed was too soft and the pillow also too thin which they should provide a good quality comfortable queen bed as well as all the pillows. "
