"This is a very cozy efficiency apartment with a private entrance and is attached to the host's home in a quiet out of town ranchette subdivision. There is also a private patio with a hot tub that is perfect for gazing at the stars under the Sonoran Desert sky. Just a few FYI's : there are many plug-in fragrance dispensers if your sensitive (they were great about letting me remove them) & during the week you can hear the garage door & such when they leave for work around 7:15ish.... not a complaint just heads up if you wanted to sleep in (i was up so no problemo) "
