"Beautiful location, rustic charm, off the beaten path. We chose the Christmas week, and we knew it would be cold, but it was bitter. Once we warmed the farmhouse up, we had a great time and we had 6-8 inches of snow on Christmas Eve which made the view out across the frozen lake just breathtaking. The farmhouse catered well for 5 guests (with 3 cars) and the kitchen was well equipped to handle Christmas dinner. "

The house is too beautiful to have such a gloomy look. Poor instructions from owner. Unable to discard trash as garage was locked. "Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. "Some friends asked me to take them to try hunting so I was looking for the perfect place for a couples long weekend near our property in Bloomfield. The victory cabin hit the ball out of the park! We got some amazing views of Snow and mountains, spent lots of time relaxing in the spa and exploring the hiking trails on the property, and made some great meals in the large kitchen.
