"While the price was acceptable, the property can use a little TLC. kitchen faucet about to fall off No lite under microwave Screen door not usable Ceiling fan pulls are missing An extra TV in MBR would be awesome Dimmer on bar light Entry door needs a new lockset Very simple fixes, and funny thing is most them are the same from first visit, with no upgrades. LOVE this condo and the amenities of APB.... just needs a little attention to detail. "

"I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything...

"My I came hoping to enjoy the beach without having to even get out of bed, and that is exactly what this condo offers. Enjoy the sound of the surf and broad views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. Believe them when they tell you the stairs are slippery when wet. And be prepared to sign a contract that offers no refund even in the event of mandatory hurricane eevacuation! Really?!?"

"The condo was everything we needed for our Spring Break trip. We enjoyed our ocean view and access to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area was quiet this time of year. We enjoyed walks along the Ft Macon beach and near by excursions to Cape Lookout and other seaside nature reserves. The amenities on property we fun for our kids. "

"The property is a good location to access the beach. We enjoyed the view from the screened in porch and master bedroom balcony overlooking the pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very close to the Aquarium and the shopping center on Fort Macon Drive. The downside of our rental was the closet with beach chairs and workout room were inaccessible. There were no condiments in the refrigerator. The last VRBO beach house we rented was well stocked in the kitchen....

"This property had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and updated with all the accessories and appliances you need to cook. The covered porch was where we all enjoyed hanging out. Friendly community and owner was so kind and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Property was just as listed, you could see the inlet from the front door, indoor pool and beach view from balcony. Only suggestion would be to add a step stool for the shorter person 🤗. A moderate walk to the beach from condo, as this property is closer to the resort office. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and my 6yr old son had a blast 🏖️♥️."

"Condo was ok. Customer service from Vacasa was terrible. Cable didn’t work in any room ALL week long…..kitchen needs some dishes and things replaced…..drain in master bath backed up….floors hadn’t been mopped in a while and got your feet dirty.they advertised all linens were provided and didn’t have enough pillow cases for the bed pillows….they never brought us any?!?! Never could get a person on the phone….texted Vacasa all week. Finally got a response at end of week and seemed the local office...

"We loved our time in Atlantic beach. Beautiful location. Very clean condo that was well furnished. My only complaint is the pricing model with VRBO. While the listing shows a reasonable price, there were over $400 in additional fees for 3 nights. "

"This was our second time staying at A Place at the Beach and we loved it. We love how it is right there at the beach and how they have a playground area and indoor pool, since we have a 2.5 year old. The staff is very nice and helpful when we asked questions. We will definitely be back! :)"
