Close to the event, but not right in the middle of it all. In fact the marathon course passed right by it. The location was very clean and stocked. The beds were also comfortable and well appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"This condo was in a great location for our trip to HR. Close to great food and shopping. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy as well. The kitchen is well equipped and nice and bright. This is not the fanciest place to stay but it she is in a great place. Evoke Winery is right next store with a lovely patio to visit. There are some steep stairs so be sure that works for you or your guests. Bathrooms are all upstairs. I would happily rent again. "

"Great little condo, nicely remodeled and close to downtown. We walked to downtown each day for breakfast and/or dinner. I would only suggest that they put in curtain over the French doors in the bedroom to help block the light & insulate the room better."
