The ideal farm stay NSW getaway just outside Glenreagh, a small Clarence Valley town in the Northern Rivers bordered on the western side by the Tallawudjah Creek, offering panoramic views of Timbertop and the Dorrigo Plateau beyond.

Tallowood Hill Farm combines our love of horses with a calm country lifestyle where you can relax, engage in our activities or explore the area.

The Space:
Tiny Creekside Cabin by Tiny Away rests peacefully on Tallowood Hill Farm, just a quick 5-minute drive from the serene town of Glenreagh, NSW. It's conveniently close to coastal gems like Woolgoolga, which is one of the closest, and Corindi Beach, known for its beautiful beaches. Emerald Beach offers great swimming and surfing opportunities. Additionally, the vibrant coastal city of Coffs Harbour is within easy reach.

This tiny house provides an intimate setting amidst nature, with Tallawudjah Creek right outside your doorstep to the West. Nestled on a gentle pasture slope, the cozy 139-square-foot home boasts stunning views of the valley. The Equestrian Centre, arena, horses, and stables are approximately 300 meters away, enhancing the rural charm of the location.

All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use.

If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities like food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are three tiny houses on the property approx 30 metres away from each other. Each with their own unique outlook and firepit. The cabins are "Tiny Grey Gum, Tiny Ironbark & Tiny Creekside Cabin." We welcome group bookings, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house including the 1-kilometer of the creek line and 10 kilometers of walking tracks, excluding the original homestead, workshops, paddocks, and fields with livestock (e.g., horses, pigs, and chickens).

We like to remind our guests that the tiny house is on the grounds of an Equestrian Centre, and horses have the right of way at all times.

If you're interested, you can visit our Equestrian Training Facility and discover the thrill of horse riding at our state-of-the-art training facility. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a beginner, our experienced trainers will guide you through an unforgettable journey.

The Neighborhood:
Tiny Creekside Cabin by Tiny Away is a 5-minute drive to the village of Glenreagh with a strong connection to its timber heritage. Glenreagh sits alongside the beautiful Orara River. This historic timber town is surrounded by majestic sandstone ranges, many of which are state forests. Even today, many of the original timber dwellings still stand and celebrate Glenreagh's woody heritage every year.

Getting Around:
By car:

1. Our nearest town is Glenreagh (a village, population 900) 8.2km away with a drive time of 10 - 12 minutes
2. Accessible by 2WD although internal roads on the property are unsealed and patrons may choose to leave their car in the Equestrian Centre Car Park and be transported to the Tiny Cabin Via 4WD.

By public transport

- There is limited public transport available in our area.
- If traveling from Sydney, you can reach Glenreagh within a maximum of 10 hours by train. Alternatively, flying from Sydney (SYD) to Coffs Harbour (CFS) takes a maximum of 2 hours.

From there, we offer a shuttle service from Coffs Harbour Airport to the property or return at $50 one way for a maximum group of 4 people If you wish to explore the area further we suggest you hire a car for your stay with us.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property

- Yoga mat & towel provided to use free of charge.

- Extra firewood can be purchased for $10 per 10 kg bag.

- WiFi and mobile reception are NOT available in the cabins.
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property without consent of the management
- There is WiFi available at the Coffee Van, Saddlery, and Homewares Store on the property adjacent to the main car park.

- Each Tiny Cabin has its own fire pit, and a small quantity of firewood will be provided along with kindling, matches, and firelighters.

- Picnic on the farm experience is available. Enjoy a two-hour picnic experience on our farm at our exclusive private location
- Keep in mind that all meals should be pre-ordered 24 hours in advance

ACTIVITIES



- Kings Park Horses Experience is suitable for those with little or no experience with horses. All ages are welcome.

- Introduction to Horse Riding. This 1-hour experience is suitable for all skill levels, perfect for those looking to try something new.


Safety guidelines

- We would like to advise guests that we have an electric fence on the property.
- It is recommended that guests with children supervise them so they do not run into fences.

Farm guidelines

- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property
- Remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- Do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated

Pets Policy

- We only allow small breeds of dogs inside the cabin
- All dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the property AT ALL TIMES
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival.


EVENT:
- A Farm Gate Open day is held at our Tallowood Hill Farm on every 1st Saturday of every month. There will be farm stalls, local produce, artisan food, local handicrafts, chicken and small animals & more. 8am-2pm
Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
