"I was there for three nights around Christmas. The hotel was very comfortable. Seemed pretty new. Parking underground was easy and convenient (a bit pricey, but once you know to build that into the room price it’s fine). Staff was helpful and friendly. The WiFi worked well the whole time I was there. The gym was well equipped and tidy. The restaurant was pretty good. It is walkable to lots of places in downtown Pasadena. I think my only criticisms are that they need a better system for “I am happy to reuse this towel”, and the pool starts around 8am with pretty loud music, so if you face it you’re going to be hearing the music all morning. That could be a holiday effect, of course. "
