"Me and two buddies stayed here while we played in a disc golf tournament in Pasadena. The house was clean, safe, and had everything we needed for our three night stay. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood with a gated driveway that holds 2-3 cars. The owner was very responsive to our needs and I highly recommend the home."

Property manager claims its a medium matress, but as someone who grew up around a furniture store that sells mattresses and sleeps on a medium mattress at home, either he was lied to or he doesn't know what he is talking about. "We loved this place. It worked well for us visiting family in Valley Village and Glendale. The building was just right for a couple. We had a some difficulty connecting to the WiFi when we first arrived, but the host was responsive in providing an alternate connection. The building is in the back of the property down a narrow driveway. There was a nice outdoor area. If we had rented a car there was a charging station available. "The Haas was a wonderful location in the midst of downtown LA. It's in the heart of many districts, such as the fashion and jewelry districts and it is conveniently located close to all of the sights and experiences one can have in LA. We did experience a minor leak in the unit that was repaired immediately while we were away. The communication with the staff was impeccable and the front desk clerk was friendly. "Venice Breeze is an older building, but modernized/updated. It was right in the center of everything Venice Beach and a couple mile walk from Santa Monica. If you like the "hippie" or Bohemian culture, you will love this area! Staff was very friendly, and helpful. We did have to park about 8 blocks away to find free parking, or you can pay to park closer. "

"We arrived and were given a room on the 19th floor with an absolute amazing view of the city skyline and the Hollywood sign! Wow! The hotel was beautiful. Very clean. The pool was heated and on an elevated floor. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Parking was simple and was just across the street or a walkway. Walkable distance to the walk of fame and even closer was the Dolby and Chinese Theater. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was hard to leave- that view was absolutely amazing! "
