"I was nervous based on some reviews. They had said receptionists were rude and the elevators weee really slow. None of that was true for me. They were quick and attentive. We arrived before scheduled checkin time and were allowed into our room. After traveling all day that was refreshing. Elevators were numerous and working just fine. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was perfect! Walking distance to so many places. We would stay here again if we can me back. "
